Lovely Laned Home

The Siren is one of our laned homes, which means that it doesn’t have an attached garage in the front. Many of our buyers prefer this style because of the picture-perfect look it has. If you’ve been seeking out a home with a lot of curb appeal, this may be the right home for you.

There’s a parking pad set at the back of the home for you to park, and you have the option of adding a two-car garage that accesses a back lane. The choice is yours, and most people find that these options are sufficient for their needs.

Functional Living Area

The main floor of the Siren has everything your family could want. There are closets at the front door for your guests and at the back door for the family. The expertly designed kitchen gives you plenty of counter space for cooking and cabinetry for storage. Quartz countertops and a quartz backsplash give the home a modern feel. Without an island taking up space in the middle, it has a more spacious feel. And the half bathroom on this floor is larger than the half baths in some of our other models.
