Great Curb Appeal

The Harmony is a front-attached home, and there are five different front elevations to choose from. Pay special attention to the details found in the design of the garage door or the exterior windows. They have a modern design that will make you proud to invite guests over. Paired with the beautiful landscaping we’ll create for you, you have a winning combination.

A Mudroom to Die For

One of the best features of the Harmony is the enormous mudroom that you enter into through the garage. This space has a built-in bench and an open closet area for hanging jackets and organizing boots, backpacks, and any other type of gear you have. While we know that the open-concept design is popular, the nice thing about this mudroom is that you can close the doors that go to the main foyer or the walk-through pantry to the kitchen. If the mudroom is a mess, your guests don’t have to know.

Speaking of that walk-through pantry, it’s the perfect solution for busy families. It makes it easy to put away the groceries, and there’s plenty of space to store food for those hungry and growing kids.

Open-Concept Living Space

The main floor has the open-concept design you’ve been craving. The kitchen is just the right size, with an island at the centre that has an eating lip for some casual meals. You get to design what this room will look like, including picking the kitchen cabinets, the style of the counters, and the tile backsplash on the walls.

The dining nook has sliding doors that will lead out to the patio, but there’s a lot of space for entertaining inside the home, especially when you combine it with the great room. Large windows in these rooms give you plenty of natural light to brighten up the place.

There’s also a flex room on this floor. It’s across from the kitchen, and it has a separate feel while still fitting right in with the rest of the home’s design. You could use this as a playroom or a home office.

Relaxing Second Floor

Your family will be able to easily unwind on the second floor. With three secondary bedrooms, there’s likely enough space for everyone to have his or her own room. You may even have an extra bedroom to use as a guest room.

Your master suite offers the latest in luxury. There’s an enormous walk-in closet for you to store all of your clothing, and the ensuite features a separate shower and soaking tub, side-by-side sinks, and a privacy door for the toilet.

Bedrooms aren’t the only thing you’ll find on this floor, though. There’s also an oversized bonus room for your family to use as a second living room and a laundry room to make it easy to stay on top of those piles of clothes. You can upgrade the laundry room to include a sink if that’s something you’ll use frequently to get stains out or grab a glass of water without having to head downstairs.

Finished Basement Possibilities

This home already has a lot of living space, but if you’re looking for something even bigger, you can opt to finish the basement. This would include a fifth bedroom, a full bathroom, a living room, and a separate media room. You’d be surprised by how little it costs to complete this transformation. Broken down into the monthly mortgage payment, it’s extremely affordable.

Move-In Soon

Many people enjoy the process of designing their own homes, but building a home from scratch can take up to a year. If you can’t wait that long, you have the option of purchasing this model as a quick possession home. It’s available in several different communities throughout Edmonton, including Secord Heights, Westerra, and Cavanagh. When you purchase a quick possession home, you may be able to move in after only a month or two.

It’s easy to see how the Harmony can appeal to families of all shapes and sizes. Why not make it your home too? Prices on this model start at just $489,900, and Sterling always packs a lot of value into each home. Talk to an Area Manager in your favourite community today.
