Sterling Homes Realtor Appreciation Golf Tournament & Updated Commission Structure
On August 18, we celebrated our 1st annual Sterling Homes Realtor Appreciation Golf Tournament. To say it was successful would be an understatement–the event couldn’t have gone better thanks to each and every one of you who came out for the day: from sponsors to our dedicated Realtor community, thank you so much!
This perfect day was hosted at The Ranch Golf & Country Club. We had an amazing turn out with over 110 Realtors and 13 sponsors. We kicked things off with breakfast and then headed out to the links to get started. Throughout the course, players we’re greeted by our amazing sponsors with fun activities, draws, snacks and more. After the round, we headed back to the club house for lunch, incredible prizes, and a few words from the Sterling Team. It was here we announced an exciting change to our Realtor Commission structure. Until the end of 2022, Realtors can now earn 6.5% on the first 100K + 1.5% on the balance, making us the highest paying builder in the city!
