Allard

Allard is a nice, family-friendly community in the Heritage Valley area and future plans including having a Main Street-style shopping area. Residents love using the skating rink in the winter and walking around on the trails when the weather is nice. The Dr. Lila Fahlman School recently opened up, and working parents appreciate the in-school daycare option that means children don’t have to be bussed to a separate location.

Sterling offers a mix of home styles in Allard, including townhomes, duplex-style homes, and front-attached homes.

Cavanagh

Cavanagh is also in the Heritage Valley area, and it’s a good choice for families with slightly older children. If you start building your home now, the new parkour play area (opening in Fall of 2018) will be ready by the time you move in. The community is still in the early stages, but there’s already a nice park with a pond area. Families will enjoy going out for walks to the playground in the evenings.

If you’re looking to move up, Cavanagh may be the right choice for you. We offer duplex-style homes, laned homes, and front-attached homes throughout this community.

Crimson in Creekwood Chappelle

Our final community in the Heritage Valley area, Crimson in Creekwood Chappelle offers comfortable living for families of all sizes. This community is rapidly filling up, but there are still great lots available, including some that have larger backyards. Residents enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and the ability to quickly get to local shopping centres. The airport is only 15 minutes away, and you can even use public transportation to get to work.

Homes in this community also appeal to move-up buyers. You can buy a duplex-style home, a laned home, or a front-attached home.

Glenridding Heights

Glenridding Heights, in the Windermere community, is a great community choice for young families, but retired couples also enjoy the convenient location. The playgrounds are great fun for the kids and grandkids, and in the winter, they’ll all be begging to go outside to the tobogganing hill. The large park area is a popular spot for families to hang out together, but many people enjoy the quiet solitude of taking their morning walk around the pond at the other end of the community.

In Glenridding Heights, there are a lot of cul de sacs and curved roads. These are perfect for those who want to build large front-attached homes and have a big backyard. Sterling also builds duplexes and laned homes in this community.

Langdale in Windermere

The Langdale community offers extremely convenient living due to its proximity to the Currents of Windermere shopping centre. Residents are especially drawn to the neighbourhood for its Old English style, including some cobblestone paths. The paved trails are perfect for both kids just learning to ride a bike and older people who may need to use a cane when they go out for a walk. The benches along the paths make it easy to stop for a small break.

Currently, Sterling builds both townhomes and front-attached homes in Langdale.

The Uplands at Riverview

If beautiful views are what you seek, you can’t go wrong by building your home at The Uplands at Riverview. The name comes from its elevated location, and it’s connected to the ravines at Wedgewood Creek. You’re close to nature, but you can easily reach all of the amenities of modern life. Many premium lots backing up to the ravine are still available, but you can also choose a larger pie-shaped lot.

Whether you’re looking for a townhome or a front-attached home, The Uplands could be the best choice for you.
