It’s now faster and easier to browse available homes through the convenience of your mobile device. Find your ideal quick possession home, view locations of show homes, and manage your viewings all in one convenient place.

Find Your Ideal Quick Possession Home
Browse quickly and easily on a map to find quick possession homes in your preferred area. Zoom in to see available homes, including details about the home, photos where available, and pricing information. Use the advanced filter to narrow down the results to find exactly what you’re looking for.
Details of each home also show the timeline to completion if the home is still under construction. View floor plans, included options, and information about monthly payments. Easily contact Sterling for more information by using the Email, Call, or Text buttons on each property detail page.
At the bottom of each detail page is a filtered list of homes you may also be interested in to help you narrow your search.
Find A Sterling Show Home
It’s now easier than ever to find a Sterling Show Home in all parts of Edmonton and surrounding areas. Navigate to the Show Home tab to see all active show homes on the map. Zoom in to your preferred area and click on each button to view details of that show home.
The details pages offer information on the show home model, address, photos, floor plan, show home hours, and links to virtual tours where applicable. Easily contact Sterling for more information using the Email, Call, or Text buttons on the show home page, or click the Book button to book an appointment directly through the app.
Book A Self-Showing Tour
Select Sterling show homes are available for self-showing appointments. This is a simple and convenient way to privately view a show home. To view the available self-showing models, navigate to the Self-Showings tab on your map and click on the model to show the details page.
From the details page you can view all the information about the home. To book your showing, click the Book button and fill in your information. At the time of your appointment, the door will be unlocked for you and a Sterling sales representative will be available virtually to answer any of your questions during your showing.
At the bottom of your app, click the My Viewings button to manage your appointments. Note: you must have an account registered on the app to access this feature.

Keep Up With Current Promotions And Price Changes
Through the mobile app we’ll keep you informed with the latest promotions and price changes. Watch for exciting offers, news, and information about pricing changes.
Be sure to register an account on the app to receive this information. Turn on your notifications for the app on your device to receive immediate alerts when a new announcement is made.
Save Your Favourite Homes In The App
When you have an account on the mobile app, you can mark your preferred homes as Favourites to review them again later. To view your favourites list, visit the More section along the bottom of the app and click on Favourites.
Be sure to act quickly if you find a home you love. Once it’s sold, it disappears from the app.
Use Our Convenient Mortgage Calculator
The details page for each home includes a mortgage calculator for that home, but you can also access the mortgage calculator through the More section of the app. This convenient calculator allows you to determine your estimated payment based on your down payment, interest rate, and preferred payment interval.
Manage your budget easier with this built-in calculator.
