Whether you’re focused on an easy commute or finding a family-friendly community that has playgrounds within walking distance, we’re sure you’ll be able to find your perfect neighbourhood.

Better Value, More Amenities

Allard has a little something for everyone, and many of the people who choose Allard do so because it’s been so strongly recommended by a friend or family member. The southwest neighbourhood boasts a range of affordable home style choices.

Kids can walk to school – Dr. Lila Fahlman School, which is K-9 and LEED Registered. There are plenty of parks and playgrounds nearby, including an outdoor skating rink. Residents also enjoy a brand new shopping centre within walking distance – the Heritage Valley Town Centre.

In the near future, the city is planning a commercial city centre that will also include a light rail station, which will greatly increase the public transportation service to the entire area.

Sterling Homes has four different showhomes available in Allard, so you can truly get a sense of what we offer. Those looking for a large family home will want to check out the 2,500 square foot Thomas B model, which includes a bonus room and a flex room in its three-bedroom floor plan. If you’re looking for something more affordable, check out either of the 1,600 square foot Sequel B duplexes. They both boast three bedrooms and their open-concept plans make them quite spacious.
