Yes, you can! When adding the “subject to sale condition” we’re also required to add a 48-hour clause to it. This means if someone else wrote an offer on the same home and it was accepted by the office we would give you 48 hours to remove the conditions on the home or it would be cancelled and go to the other buyers.
