The amount of time rough grading takes is dependent on the weather, as it’s important that the ground is dry and solid before grading can begin. Because of this, any change in the weather – such as heavy rain or snow – can cause delays because the ground has to dry for three days before work can continue.

For this reason, we can’t give a precise start or end date when it comes to grading. However, we do have multiple crews assigned to work on it in all our communities and we make every effort to complete the grading as quickly as possible.
