Sterling Homes Townhomes are freehold and there’s no condo board associated with our townhomes. This means no condo fees for the owners. The homeowners are responsible for maintenance, snow removal, and lawn care. If large repairs are needed, first see if they’d be covered through your warranty. If they’re not, you’ll need to coordinate repairs with your neighbours if they affect more than one unit.
