At Sterling Homes, we value our relationship with the Real Estate community; we recognize that without the support of Real Estate Agents like you, we would not have been able to successfully build homes for Albertans for over 65 years. We also value the relationship that you have with your client, and you can always trust that your client is in good hands with Sterling Homes.
- As always, full commission – 3.5% on the first $100k, 1.5% on the balance
- The commission is calculated on the contract price before GST
- Must have a minimum 5% deposit from the buyer
- Effective October 28, 2025:
- Spec & Pre-Sale Homes: Realtor commissions are paid in full at the time of possession (closing). Commission will be paid after possession and once all closing funds have been received by the builder’s legal representative.
