• As always, full commission – 3.5% on the first $100k, 1.5% on the balance
• The commission is calculated on the contract price before GST
• Quicker pay, 100% payable upon condition removal for pre-sale homes or any spec homes with a 90-day possession or longer (a handy way to see if the home is 90 days out is to drive by and see if the siding is on).
• Must have a minimum 5% deposit from the buyer
• Please allow 2 weeks of processing time for payment after condition removal
