Yang Liu

Yang is an Area Sales Manager who is part of team TMJZ based in the areas of McConachie Heights, Cy Becker, Kinglet, and Sienna. He has been with Sterling Homes since 2017, starting as an assistant, and was been promoted to ASM at the beginning of 2021. Yang has had a great deal of experience with home designs and is extremely well versed in tech gadgets. He has a plethora of smart home knowledge eager to share with his clients. With his experience as a new home specialist in the last 4 years, Yang has developed a C4L philosophy in his work ethic. “Customer for Life” is his motto in dealing with all his clientele. “It’s not just a home, but an investment” Yang strives to make sure that the products are not just right for the clients now but also works as an excellent investment. He also aims to provide a 5-star experience each time to his clients, and many become returning clients or investors. Lighthearted and friendly, he wants each meeting to be fun and educational.
