Blair’s role involves maintaining and operating show homes, providing new home sales information, and enhancing the customer experience. With 24 years of experience in the coatings industry, Blair transitioned into New Home Sales in 2006 and has since worked with a handful of builders/developers.

Blair used to foster Pitbulls until he had a foster failure, falling in love with Halle, who has been with him for over ten years. He also added a Cane Corso Bull Mastiff to his family nine years ago, and Lexi and Halle are now the best of friends. Outside of work, Blair enjoys both viewing and participating in racing activities.
Blair expresses excitement about the future, seeing it as big and promising. He appreciates the support for success and the open doors for current and future growth provided by management at Sterling Homes.
