Carolina Arenas is a valued member of the Sterling Homes team, serving as our Construction Coordinator, she oversees day-to-day operations and acts as a vital point of contact between trades, suppliers, and field teams, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.

Carolina brings a strong technical foundation to the team, with an educational background as a Water and Wastewater Technician and a 4th Class Power Engineer, complemented by hands-on field experience in the oil and gas and utilities industries.

Outside of work, Carolina is passionate about sports and staying active. She has an impressive athletic background in ball hockey, having proudly represented Alberta seven times at the Canadian Ball Hockey National Championships. In her free time, Carolina enjoys spending time with her family and participating in various sports, including hockey, ball hockey, pickleball, and golf.

Carolina finds her role at Sterling Homes especially rewarding due to its supportive, high-energy environment and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to a dynamic team. Her diverse experiences and enthusiastic approach make her an invaluable part of the Sterling Homes family.
