Crismary Cavanaugh is the Sales Coordinator at Sterling Homes. In her current role, Crismary manages deals, assists sales teams with paperwork, oversees inventory, and ensures the sales administration process runs smoothly. Starting with Sterling Homes as a Sales Assistant, she has successfully transitioned into an essential office-based role where her organizational skills and attention to detail shine.

People are often surprised to learn that Crismary is passionate about off-roading and all things Jeep-related, which contrasts her professional work in home sales. Originally from Venezuela, she speaks both Spanish and English fluently. She is a huge dog lover and has two sweet Siberian Huskies named Layla and Ellie, who bring joy and energy to her life.

Outside of work, Crismary enjoys exploring nature, off-roading, spending time at the park with her dogs, curling up with a good book, enjoying coffee, relaxing movie nights, camping, Latin music, and most of all, quality time with her family.

What Crismary loves most about her role is being part of such an important milestone in people’s lives. Seeing the joy and excitement on a client’s face when they secure their dream home makes every moment worthwhile.
