Additionally, he successfully ran his own renovation company for 11 years before joining Sterling Homes a decade ago.

Dave finds joy in reading, especially about intriguing trivia, and he has a soft spot for dogs. He delights in spending time with his furry companions and indulges in restoring antique furniture and engaging in various woodworking projects. Camping and fishing are also among his cherished hobbies.
