Dilynn is the Sales Coordinator at Sterling Homes, where she supports the sales team by managing administrative tasks, organizing paperwork, and ensuring every detail is carefully handled. She serves as an essential link between the office staff and the sales team, helping to keep communication flowing smoothly and processes running efficiently.

One of the things Dilynn loves most about her role is its dynamic nature. No two days are the same, allowing her to stay engaged, constantly learn, and continue building her skills. She enjoys the opportunity to discover something new about the homebuilding industry every day.

With six years of experience in retail sales and management, Dilynn brings strong customer service, organization, and leadership skills to her position. She is also a proud graduate of the University of Alberta, holding a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Sociology. Her understanding of human behavior and social dynamics supports her ability to collaborate effectively and make a positive impact on both clients and colleagues.

Outside of work, Dilynn loves playing video games, visiting local markets, and spending quality time with her loved ones and her two senior Pomeranian–Terrier cross pups, whom she adores. She also enjoys embroidering clothing and exploring creative hobbies.

A passionate collector, Dilynn has built unique collections that include nearly 40 taxidermy insects, more than 20 professional tattoos, and over 50 crystals and minerals. She is also a licensed nail technician, adding yet another skill to her diverse interests.
