Glen serves as the second set of eyes and boots for the superintendent, ensuring safety and cleanliness on the site. He diligently observes and notes any technical deficiencies, collaborating closely with the superintendent to address them. Glen’s diligence and eagerness to learn impressed his “mentor buddies,” who recognized his dedication in asking questions and honing his skills.

Outside of work, Glen enjoys playing basketball and chess, cherishing the time spent in nature through camping and detaching from technology.
