With her wealth of experience in the construction industry spanning over 30 years, Kelly expertly manages our Drafting Department, overseeing both production and the design of our exceptional homes. She has also taken the lead in implementing our Built Green program and spearheading various Sustainability initiatives. Kelly’s key strengths lie in her remarkable talent for home design, particularly in structural, architectural, and sustainable aspects.

Kelly cherishes her wonderful family, which includes three kids, a giant Sheepadoodle, and a dedicated husband. Their household is always lively, making every day an exciting adventure. Kelly finds solace and joy in gardening, spending time with her beloved dogs, and diving into the captivating world of books. What Kelly loves most about being a part of the team at Sterling is the people, she says “It’s the people that make my job awesome!”
