With an impressive background, Kessler’s journey at Sterling Homes began as a laborer, where he honed his skills and expertise, gradually climbing the ladder to become a proficient Site Superintendent. His willingness to learn and adapt to Sterling’s values has been instrumental in his success.

Outside of work, Kessler’s interests are as diverse as his professional journey. Despite working in construction, he pursued culinary studies back in the Philippines and loves cooking. In his free time, he enjoys playing basketball and cherishes moments with his family and kids.
