As a Sales Assistant at Sterling Homes, Malika enjoys connecting with clients and supporting them throughout their home-buying journey. She plays an important role in assisting the Area Sales Manager and helping create a welcoming and seamless experience for every client. She also supports content creation and social media initiatives, helping showcase homes, communities, and the overall client experience.
Malika has a background in customer service, sales associate, and retail roles. She is currently completing a Bachelor of Commerce majoring in Management and minor in Legal Studies, allowing her to combine her academic knowledge with hands-on experience.
Outside of work, Malika enjoys hobbies that keep her active, like riding her motorcycle, going hunting/fishing with her fiancé, camping and spending time outdoors.
