Natalie’s role at Sterling Homes is more than just a job—it’s a calling. Her journey with us started back in 2012, where she discovered her passion and dream job within new home sales. Now returning “home” to where her career began, she is inspired by this exciting new era at Sterling Homes.

Natalie is passionate about guiding future homeowners through the exciting journey of finding their dream home. As the newly appointed Area Sales Manager she provides clients & Realtors with home building information while maintaining the day-to-day operations of the show home and overseeing the administrative aspects of the sales process.

With over 10 years of experience in the home building industry, Natalie brings a wealth of knowledge in the new home building process, floorplan design and construction. She has a flare for finding the best layout/design to fulfill each clients’ unique needs and visions. She excels at providing an amazing customer service experience and building and fostering relationships with clients, investors & realtors.

Born in South Africa, she has lived in Canada since 2001. She doesn’t have an accent anymore but listen for it to come out when she’s excited and passionate about something.

When she’s not working you can find her exploring Edmonton’s vast network of River valley trails. A self-proclaimed foodie, Natalie delights in discovering new restaurants and experimenting with recipes at home, hosting dinners as the “Hostess with the Mostess.”

She loves her audio books while driving, home organization and interior design and is always helping a friend or family member organize their pantries or closets. You’ll almost always find her with music playing, laughter filling the air, and a warm, welcoming spirit ready to connect with others.

Helping clients navigate the various steps of the home-buying process and witnessing the joy on clients faces when they get their keys to their forever home is what she cherishes the most about her job.

For her, home truly is where the heart is, and her commitment to Sterling Homes reflects her desire to help others find joy, connection, and a place they can call their own.
