Romeo Ripoli brings a wealth of unique experiences to his role as a Sales Assistant at Sterling Homes. As a showhome floater, Romeo supports different Area Sales Managers across various locations, assisting wherever he’s needed and ensuring a welcoming and informative experience for visitors. With previous experience in the home-building industry, Romeo loves the human interaction that comes with the role; meeting, greeting, informing, and educating clients with his signature friendly approach.

A lifelong learner, Romeo is a certified yoga instructor, earned his TEFL certificate to teach English abroad, and studied plant medicine for three years. His time living in Italy in the ’90s inspired his love of Italian culture, which led to a role as an Italian instructor at UBC in Vancouver. Most notably, Romeo is the co-owner of Twice Cream, a local ice cream shop with two locations in Westmount and Sherwood Park. He combines his knowledge of plant medicine and love of food to create premium, traditional hard-scoop ice cream, a passion project he’s been dedicated to for five years.

Outside of work, Romeo enjoys cooking, learning, and staying connected with people through his various ventures.

What Romeo appreciates most about Sterling Homes is being part of the larger, well-organized Qualico family. He’s proud to contribute to a company with a rich history and a focus on building better cities. For Romeo, it’s about more than homes, it’s about building communities and connections.
