Sarena Fuhrmann brings 13 years of dedicated experience in estimating to Sterling Homes. She has worked on a wide selection of projects, ranging from three-story row houses to multi-million-dollar estates. Sarena holds a Diploma in Interior Design and an estimating certificate from PHBI. Her role at Sterling Homes involves creating purchase orders, processing change orders and customizations for homes, and calculating pricing for all aspects of home construction.

A fun fact about Sarena is that she grew up on a farm and used to show horses. Outside of work, she enjoys camping with her husband and two kids, and getting lost in a good book.

Sarena loves the analytical and data processing aspects of her job, as well as building relationships with suppliers and co-workers. She appreciates the great leadership team at Sterling Homes and the progressive environment that strives to better itself and the industry. Sarena is proud to be a part of such a dynamic team.
