Steffen plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and successful house builds by conducting Pre-Occupancy inspections, and ensuring the site is clean and safe, amongst other tasks. Originally from Germany, Steffen moved to Canada in 2000. He is a skilled cabinet maker and has eight years of experience working in the oil field. Additionally, he has gained framing experience while working for Star Prebuilt Homes before joining Sterling. Steffen’s key strengths lie in his handiness and versatility.

Steffen’s hobbies revolve around the outdoors. He loves camping, riding ATVs, and engaging in other outdoor activities. His wife and kids keep him happy and busy outside of work.
