With more than 16 years of experience in the homebuilding industry—including roles in Sales, Sales Coordination, Warranty, and Seasonal—she brings deep knowledge, versatility, and a genuinely positive spirit to everything she does.
Known for her upbeat attitude and constant smile, Stephanie thrives in fast‑paced environments and loves being part of a team that helps homeowners bring their visions to life. Her passion for customer care and cross‑department support has made her a trusted and valued member of the Sterling team.
Outside of work, Stephanie is a proud mom of four and an avid athlete. She plays third base on both a co‑ed A‑division softball team and a ladies’ league—and absolutely loves every minute of it. When the weather is warm, you’ll find her camping with her family. She also enjoys cooking, baking, golfing, and cheering on the Oilers.
