While the neighbourhood will be brand new, it’s close to everything you need. In fact, your home will be so close to the schools, your kids will be able to walk. A brand-new community like this is perfect for families who want to get the best pick of the lots in the community. If you’ve been dreaming of a big yard or a spot close to the playground, this is the community for you.

Secord Heights is a stone’s throw away from College Woods, so you can expect to find many of the same amenities. It’s also close to Edmonton’s major highways, allowing you to have an easy commute to work.

In Secord Heights, Sterling offers the option of duplex and front-attached homes. This is the choice community for those looking for a new home that gives way to an easy commute. Tamarack is settled neatly near Whitemud Drive to the north, 23rd Avenue to the south and 17 Street to the west. The Millcreek Ravine also runs through a little part of this neighbourhood and, with its many trails and pathways, makes it easy to bike in the summer months. As well, Tamarack is home to a brand new transit centre and plenty of bus stops, making it straightforward for anyone who relies on public transit.

The Uplands

Those who are looking for a peaceful area to call home may enjoy the Uplands. Tucked inside the Riverview community, this smaller neighbourhood is slightly elevated, giving residents a better view of the surrounding area.
