Once your home is fully insulated, we’ll move into the texture and painting phase. During this stage, we’ll apply drywall to walls and ceilings before sanding them down for a smooth finish. We’ll then paint your home according to your desired colour scheme.
Cleaning Your Home
Once all the construction work is complete, we’ll go through a thorough cleaning process to prepare your home for move-in. We’ll remove any debris and dust from the construction site, ensuring that your new home is ready for you to enjoy.
Homeowners Orientation
About 1-2 weeks before you take possession, we will provide you with an orientation to review the systems in your home and answer any questions you may have. During this time, we’ll show you how to operate any appliances that are included with your purchase, as well as other features such as security systems or HVAC systems.
Taking Possession!
The last step in the building process is taking possession of your new home! We’ll go over all the paperwork and documentation you need to sign to officially take possession, and then you can move into your dream home.
