Blair's role involves maintaining and operating show homes, providing new home sales information, and enhancing the customer experience in the Marquis Neighborhood in NE Edmonton and The Sienna Neighborhood in Fort Saskatchewan. With 24 years of experience in the coatings industry, Blair transitioned into New Home Sales in 2006 and has since worked with a handful of builders/developers.

Blair used to foster Pitbulls until he had a foster failure, falling in love with Halle, who has been with him for over ten years. He also added a Cane Corso Bull Mastiff to his family nine years ago, and Lexi and Halle are now the best of friends. Outside of work, Blair enjoys both viewing and participating in racing activities. Blair expresses excitement about the future, seeing it as big and promising. He appreciates the support for success and the open doors for current and future growth provided by management at Sterling Homes.

In his role, Riley is responsible for driving the performance of the subdivision and product line through a meticulously defined sales process. This entails preparing and maintaining sales targets, reviewing purchase agreements for accuracy, and reporting sales activities and traffic reports. Riley also focuses on maintaining client relationships while seeking new business opportunities. With a background in special event entertainment and the service industry, Riley transitioned into new home sales in 2009. Over the past 12 years, Riley has progressed from a Sales Assistant in multifamily building sales to becoming the Sales Manager of the team. Riley's experience in special events and the service industry has honed his ability to effortlessly connect with people, ensuring that every client has the best experience possible.
