While emergency warranty situations are rare, when they occur, prompt response is essential. If you are experiencing an emergency, please use the Emergency line: 780-490-2546 (does not accept text messages). The following items are considered to be ’emergency response’ conditions:
- Total loss of heat* during winter months (October – May)
- Total loss of electricity*
- Total loss of water*
- Plumbing leak that requires the entire water supply to be shut off
- Gas* leak (if you suspect a gas leak, leave your home immediately and call the gas company from an alternate location to request emergency services)
*Note that if a service (gas, electricity, water) is out in an entire area, attention from the local utility company is required.Emergency Call
