Will all the items that were noted on the Homeowner orientation be completed before the possession day?
We always try our best to have all the items completed before possession, however, in some cases, there are items remaining that will be noted on possession day if they still need to be finished.
These are mostly due to delays on the part of a supplier, in which case the homeowner will be contacted directly from the supplier to make an appointment with them to get the item repaired.
