In his role, Riley is responsible for driving the performance of the subdivision and product line through a meticulously defined sales process. This entails preparing and maintaining sales targets, reviewing purchase agreements for accuracy, and reporting sales activities and traffic reports. Riley also focuses on maintaining client relationships while seeking new business opportunities. With a background in special event entertainment and the service industry, Riley transitioned into new home sales in 2009. Over the past 12 years, Riley has progressed from a Sales Assistant in multifamily building sales to becoming the Sales Manager of the team. Riley's experience in special events and the service industry has honed his ability to effortlessly connect with people, ensuring that every client has the best experience possible.
