Sterling’s newest Evolve series makes it easier than ever for your family to move into the home you’ve been dreaming about. By streamlining the building process, we’ve made our homes more affordable, and we’ve shortened the building timeline.

At the same time, we’re not skimping on quality. Each home in this series is built with the same craftsmanship and high-quality materials that you’ve come to expect from Sterling.

Keep reading to learn more about some of the best home designs in the Evolve series.

Revive

The Revive is a duplex style home — meaning that you own one side of the building – but with over 1,500 square feet, it certainly won’t feel cramped. You’ll enjoy a nice, open-concept living area with floor plan options that can either give the kitchen a separate feel or keep it a part of the living area. Upstairs, you can have either a laundry room or a bonus living room, and the master ensuite includes a privacy door for the toilet. Options to finish the basement can give you even more space.

We often see multigenerational families buying either side of a duplex like this one. This allows grandparents to have some independence while still being close to their adult children when they need assistance. Grandparents can also help with childcare. It’s a good situation for everyone.

Reveal

The Reveal model is a townhome with an incredibly attractive price well below $300,000. It has the features you’re looking for, such as a corner pantry and a kitchen island with quartz countertops. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms, including a master suite. One of the secondary bedrooms even has a walk-in closet, making this a great choice for a young professional who wants to have a roommate that will help them build up some equity.

Families could increase the size of the home by finishing the basement, adding a fourth bedroom, a full bath, and a second living room area.

Siren

As a laned home, the Siren has a lovely, picture-perfect look to the front of the home. It also has a starting price below $300,000, but it offers the additional privacy that you’ll only find from a detached home. Retirees will especially love this 1,100 square foot home. There are extra bedrooms for when the grandkids come to visit, but it’s not so large that you have to spend a lot of your time cleaning each day.

The Siren also has some great options for customization, such as being able to choose a large master bedroom or a smaller master with an ensuite. It’s all about what suits your needs the most.

Sansa

If you’re looking for a comfortable family home at a great price, the Sansa at 1,477 square feet has everything you’ll need, as well as some extras such as the second-floor loft space and laundry. Downstairs, the kitchen features a corner pantry, a nook and a half-bathroom alongside a spacious great room.

You’ll also have plenty of options for the basement, such as turning it into a legal suite to make some extra cash (which could help pay off your mortgage faster!) or finishing it to use as an extra living area.

Allure

The Allure is a front-attached home, meaning it has a garage situated on the front. This is an extremely convenient option for families, as the garage opens onto the mudroom and allows direct access to the pantry. No more muddy trails throughout the house when you bring the kids home or deliver the groceries!

At 1,830 square feet, it’s also one of the larger Evolve homes, and at just $389,900, you’re really getting a lot of floor space for your money. As with the Reveal, you also have the option of converting the basement into a legal suite and even adding a separate entrance, which makes it the ideal choice for multigenerational families.

Asset

The Asset is another front-attached home, and at 1,559 square feet and $379,900, it’s a great option for those who don’t want to go quite as big as the Allure.  In this home you’ll find three bedrooms, two and a half bathrooms and a spacious bonus room on the upper floor.

Once again, you’ll also have the option to convert the basement as a legal suite with separate entrance, or simply finish it and use it for extra living space.

Remember that all of the homes in our Evolve line are built with upgraded materials, such as luxury vinyl plank flooring and quartz countertops. They look fantastic, and you won’t believe how affordable the prices are.

If you think this sounds like it might be the right style of home for you, come take a look. We know you’re going to love what you see.
