Laned homes are a popular alternative for single families, offering privacy as well as affordable options for a rear detached garage.

Laned homes are a very flexible and affordable choice, and our selection ranges from the compact Siren model at 1,180 square feet to the roomy Sansa, which offers over 1,400 square feet of space. You also have the option of turning the garage or basement into a separate suite, making these a perfect model for families with older relatives or for investors who want to pay their mortgage off faster by renting out a suite.
